Thanks to the long handle and finger recess it fits perfectly in the hand. The knife-like design has various advantages: even the last remaining dough can be grasped and get into the cake mould, fillings or cream can be smoothed, cakes can be removed from the mould without scratching coatings. You see – a real all-rounder. After use, the scraper can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
