Vitamins A and C, vitamin B12 as well as biotin, iron, manganese, iodine, niacin, pantothenic acid and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism. Riboflavin (vitamin B2), biotin and niacin also contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese protect cells from oxidative stress. The dietary supplement is lactose and gluten free.
